Cancellation and Complaints

 

If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must notify us immediately by telephone or in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the delivery note and 2–3 photos of the product so that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible. Opened products cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to decide whether to replace the defective goods or to refund the purchase price. The further procedure will be discussed individually with the customer. Customers lose their entitlement to compensation if they do not store the products according to our instructions or handle them improperly.
